The Executive Directors, Tony Draper and Dale McDermid have over 20 years experience in the Retail Property sector

Tony directs the Leasing activities and is a founding Director of McKenzie Hall. Tony enjoys excellent relationships with all retailers in this sector having completed successful negotiations with each of them in numerous developments.

Dale became involved in McKenzie Hall in 2002 and leads the Management team. Dale was a Director and Shareholder of the Byvan group for 15 years which at the time of its sale to Savills Plc. was the largest independent shopping centre manager in the country.

The McKenzie Hall team includes highly experienced and focussed individuals with a drive to deliver performance and service excellence to all stakeholders over the long term.

These team members are given a high level of autonomy but have the back up and support of the Directors so as to ensure that the best decisions are made to the benefit of the property and the owner at all times.
