Due to a specific approach being developed for each client McKenzie Hall are able to work with many different types of clients. Current clients range from Developers, Private Investors, Semi Government, Property Trusts, Fund Managers and Institutions.

Having a flexible business model allows the services offered by McKenzie Hall to be tailored to suit the specific requirements of each individual client.

When considering the commencement of a new client relationship McKenzie Hall researches and closely reviews the objectives of the client to ensure that a common approach and alignment of interests can be assured between the parties. If common goals cannot be agreed then McKenzie Hall would not take on the work.

The priority at all times is to maximise performance for existing clients. Due to this approach the majority of the growth that McKenzie Hall has experienced has resulted in additional work from existing clients.
