With significant retail property experience and knowledge McKenzie Hall is regularly asked to advise clients on a broad range of consulting tasks relating to retail property.

The Directors have been and are currently involved in major re-development, expansion and refurbishment of centres both within and external to the portfolio under management.

Due to the Directors' expertise and backgrounds the consulting appointments cover the full spectrum of retail properties, including green field development sites, design development, proposed and existing shopping centres and bulky goods retail centres, refurbishment and expansion of centres, due diligence, mixed use developments, CBD retail and tourism retail.

For each consulting appointment a specific brief is developed and agreed with the client at the commencement of the appointment. This brief is then used to monitor progress and performance in the achievement of the criteria outlined.
