The performance of McKenzie Hall's management team is reflective of the experience and seniority gained from years of practical and "hands on" involvement in meeting and exceeding the needs of each centre and client.
The over arching focus is that management is the "running of the business" of the centre and therefore all staff have significant business experience and the understanding to address all aspects of the business, from cleaning services to financial management, quality of retailers, excellence in marketing and the greatest understanding and knowledge of the customer.
In every centre managed by McKenzie Hall an individual and detailed strategy is formulated to guide the direction and priorities required.
Each strategy addresses the dynamic and changing nature of a retail centre and the unique elements of the target market to create the most relevant retail mix and physical environment to ensure that the centre is "first choice" for its potential customers.
To maximise the management role McKenzie Hall consider the centre owner, retailers and the customers to ensure that all aspects meet and exceed each group's expectations. McKenzie Hall has a holistic approach to management. The objective is to build relationships with like minded business partners in all facets of the day to day running of the centre so all parties work together to achieve common goals.
